
SERVICE
At Cleaners Warehouse we are firm believers in our obligation to
service what we sell.
After all, what may seem as a bargain becomes very expensive if
parts are unobtainable or servicing costs too high to make repairs feasible.
Spare parts are carried for all the machines we sell and if not
in stock we can usually obtain the part within a day or two.
Our service men have extensive experience and we have even
received our factory training on most machines including attending
a training school at Numatic in England.
We believe in being totally upfront regarding repair costs. For
example if you purchase a vacuum cleaner from us - we can assure you that when
the motor eventually wears out (as they all do) you will probably pay no more
than around $110 for a new motor plus a labour charge to fit the motor of
$33. Power cord replacements are generally under $58 (labour included)
Not only are our charges fair and reasonable, we pride
ourselves in a quick turnaround with some work able to be done while you
wait.
Quotes carry no obligation, so why not give us a try and find

TEST & TAGGING
WorkCover now require all electrical equipment to be regularly
tested to ensure that leads are in a safe condition and earth connection is
effective.
In most situations this must be carried out on an annual basis
but in factories and on building sites the requirements are more onerous,
requiring testing at 6 months & 1 month intervals respectively.
This is most important as WorkCover is carrying out random
inspections and the penalties are severe Cleaners Warehouse can carry out this
testing for $7.70 per unit and will call out on site (within sydney
metro) where there are 10 machines or more to Test & Tag.
